Master Jose Isidro Instructor (Originator and Founder - Cane Do)
This is a specialized senior self defense training class that incorporates the use of a cane. The class will consist of a 30 minute lecture and warm up followed by an hour of training where you will learn proper techniques that will include how to hold, twirl, strike, poke, jab and block all while exercising with your cane and exercise bands. Bring your own cane.

5th Filipino Martial Arts Festival

This is a great festival and training to all FMA and to all Filipino in the World. The 2010 6-day training camp will highlight among others, personalized instruction by leading Grandmasters of various styles, a cultural goodwill competition(individual and team FMA Stage Presentation), dinner gala night and awards hosted by the host city, tour of the island, barbeque night socials and other wholesome entertainments. Master Jose Isidro will be doing a Demo during the event to thank the board member for their gracious hospitality and learning the Art of the Filipino Martial Arts.
Master Isidro is currently ongoing training with GM Bambit. He will be visiting GM Bambit yearly for training in the FMA.
