Daily Wednesday and Friday (Baypoint) :
Kimogi, stretching, kicks, hand striking, WTF Poomsae, cartwheel, rolls, falls, dives, aerial kicks, aerial punch, lots of discipline including many past youth street experience advice from Master Isidro. Breaking is often included with wood and/or bricks (student I see that is ready). Regardless of belt rank, everyone breaks (Kyukpa) and everyone trains together. In the street, there are never a fair or equal opponent. All Mt. Diablo Hwa Rang Kwan Black Belts are personaly trained by Master Jose Isidro. They are certified under the World Tae Kwon Do Federation, World Hapkido Federation, and World Koryo Gumdo Association.
